We were sold out 🎉 but we had very low turnout for the event 🥲
Many factors played into this but we promise to learn from the mistakes we made to make our future events better!
Despite the hurdles we’re grateful for those who did attend 🫶 The small group helped us make super cute and meaningful conversations!

🎉Join us for a morning of wellness and empowerment at our Barre and Brunch event in collaboration with @purebarresea 🤍

🧘🏻‍♀️Start your morning with an invigorating Pure Barre session led by expert instructors using a ball, light hand weights and a resistance double tube. 🩰🤸🏻‍♀️

🥞 After the workout, unwind and connect with like-minded women over a delicious brunch!

⏰ Class time is from 10:45-11:35 AM, but be sure to be there 15 minutes early to allow time for check-ins and getting accustomed to barre terminologies.

💸 Attendees will be get an exclusive discount for unlimited membership with Pure Barre if you decide to sign up after this session! And of course, our class is FREE!

🧦 Grip socks are required to participate. You can bring your own or buy a pair at the studio.

In collaboration with the University of Washington Women in Business, along with Women in Info, the dedicated CareerWomin team engaged in conversation about the transition into adulthood and the responsibilities that come with it.

For this event, we went back to the roots of many of our team members and talked about topics we were passionate about post-graduation. To make this even more special - the event was covered by King5 reporter Kelly Hanson for her Local Lens series

The Summer Networking Mixer was a total hit! 🌞🍹 On July 8, from 11 AM to 1 PM, we brought together a bunch of awesome professionals—some seasoned pros and some just starting out—in a chill, friendly setting.

We had mimosas flowing, a killer charcuterie spread, and plenty of sweet treats to satisfy everyone’s cravings. 🧀🍇🍰 Plus, a free pro photographer was on hand to snap headshots, helping attendees level up their personal branding game 📸✨.

Everyone left with a cool gift bag, making the whole experience extra special 🎁. All in all, it was a super relaxed and productive meet-up, perfect for swapping ideas, making new connections, and hanging out with a welcoming community. Cheers to many more! 🥂💼

💜 Our first-ever in-person networking event, hosted in collaboration with Seattle Women’s Network, was a blast! We took over Tapster—a venue known for its beer, cider, and wine on tap—and enjoyed their unique setup complete with swings and fun games.

Early-in-career women and WOC in STEM came together in a relaxed, supportive environment to connect, empower, and grow alongside one another. By the end of the event, everyone had not only expanded their professional networks but also felt more confident about carving out their own space at the table. It was an inspiring and enjoyable gathering that left us excited for what’s next!

The purpose of this event was to have a conversation about career development with the students of the Applied Analytics Club at the University of Washington. Members of CareerWomin shared their journeys, along with tips and tricks that helped them when they were students at UW not too long ago. Students also had an opportunity to get 1:1 feedback from the members on their resumes.
